Francesco Mazzini was born and raised in Rome, Italy. He started acting at the age of six as a Harlequin in a school production of Goldoni's Commedia Dell'Arte and he has not stopped since. In the early nineties, Francesco relocated to New York City where he performed in many Off-Broadway productions and Independent Films. Francesco continues to perform and tour as an actor in Europe as well. In Italy he has appeared in films such as "Il Mostro" directed by Oscar winner Roberto Benigni and "Briganti" by Pasquale Sqittieri. Currently he lives in Los Angeles with his wife and son and has been part of many interesting projects: Butoh artist Michael Sakamoto's "The Rite of Spring" stage tour, Skirball Cultural Center's "Siteworks" series with French choreographer Magali Gajan, and video artist Sallie DeEtte Mackie's latest project, to name a few. He continues to work in film and television on the west coast and is so pleased to be in his dear friend Mick's premier film.
